A few clear terms.

Your purchase

RivenFX plugins are digital software downloads. A paid product purchase provides a licence to use that product for personal and professional music production, subject to the machine allowance shown in your library. It does not transfer ownership of the software or permission to redistribute its binaries, licence keys or licence files.

Purchases are one-time payments. A new RivenFX Collection purchase includes the seven paid products listed on its product page. Additional future products are not included in a new collection purchase. Existing Complete Bundle owners retain the future-product entitlement attached to their original purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Introductory prices are identified as launch prices alongside the intended price after launch. The checkout shows the final amount before you pay. Orders are sold through Onelink, the merchant-of-record service operated by Stripe, which processes your payment, calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Onelink may show prices in your local currency.

Delivery and compatibility

After payment is confirmed, your purchase and any licence key are made available on the confirmation page and in your account library. If delivery is delayed, retry the confirmation page or contact support; do not pay again.

Downloads are ZIP archives containing the available plugin formats. Read the system, installation and format requirements before buying and try the demo in your own DAW. Windows interfaces require WebView2. Mac builds use local signing and are not Apple-notarized, so macOS may require additional approval or block loading.

Free upgrades

Owners of a completed, non-refunded previous-version purchase receive the corresponding v2 upgrade free of charge. Existing Complete Bundle owners receive the seven paid products in this release. Sign in with your original purchase email and claim the upgrade in your library.

Activation

Your licence key activates the products included in the purchase. Each licence has a machine allowance, shown in your library. You can deactivate an old machine before activating a replacement. Offline activation is available using a signed licence file created for the destination machine. Do not share keys or files with other users.

Cancellations, refunds and problems

Contact support@rivenfx.com with your purchase reference to request a cancellation or report a problem. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content continue to apply.

Digital content is supplied immediately after purchase. Any cancellation (cooling-off) right that applies where you live is handled at checkout under Onelink’s purchase terms, and may end once supply begins with your consent. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected. A full refund ends the associated entitlement and prevents further activation, including activation of free upgrades attached to the refunded purchase.

Using the software

RivenFX plugins are developed and tested with reasonable care and skill, but audio software runs inside third-party hosts, operating systems and hardware we do not control. We do not promise that a plugin will be compatible with every setup or run without interruption or error. Please check the system requirements and try the free demo in your own setup before buying.

Keep backups of your projects, sessions and audio, save your work regularly, and monitor at safe listening levels: audio effects can produce sudden loud signals, particularly with extreme settings or feedback. Scope Lite and other free products, demos and pre-release builds are provided as they are, without additional commitments.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory rights as a consumer, such as your rights where faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, projects or recordings, lost income or profit, lost business opportunity or wasted studio time. If you use the software for business purposes, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Third-party software notices are included in each download.
